Agents can’t go wrong with smart home tech as a closing gift

A majority of consumers have reported that their first introduction to smart home technology comes after receiving it as a gift, according to a survey of 600 U.S. homeowners performed by Scripps Networks Interactive.

The survey also found that most consumers quickly fall in love with smart home tech, saying it should ideally be as inconspicuous as possible but can also assist with family tasks or add an element of fun when it’s used.
